The project involved the formation of approximately 100,000ft of production space for Pilkington UK Ltd.

The facilities included offices, lockers, meeting rooms etc as well as the large production and dispatch areas. The mechanical and electrical services provided include a new 2,5mw, 11kv power supply and packaged transformer, as well as all the normal engineering services associated with a purpose built, state-of-the-art facility.
